Pyrgos Bungalows

The reservation is only valid after an advance payment of 30% of the total amount in a bank account that will be given to you.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is refunded only when the cancellation is made 21 days before the scheduled date of arrival.

In case of cancellation of the reservation in less than 21 days, the customer is charged with 100% of the advance payment. Possible costs of returning the advance are borne by the customer.

Any reduction in the number of nights of a confirmed reservation is accepted free of charge 21 days before the scheduled date of arrival and upon approval by the Management.

In case of departure earlier than scheduled, the customer is charged 100%.

In case of no-show or late arrival, the customer will be charged the total cost of his scheduled stay.

Each accommodation is allowed to be used exclusively by the client tenant and the persons he/she declared during the reservation. Overnight guest stays are NOT allowed.

Each booking is personal and unique and has its own deposit, which is not transferable to any other confirmed or new booking.

Any damage that occurs to the Bungalow due to the customer's intentional action or negligence is the customer's responsibility.

Reservations for specific Bungalows can not be made.
